Housing Choice Voucher Programs Services

The Housing Authority of the County of Merced seeks a vendor to perform Housing Quality Standards inspections for its Housing Choice Voucher Program in Merced, California. The selected contractor must conduct initial, annual, special, abatement, and re-inspections offsite from their office premises. Responsibilities include confirming scheduled inspections, notifying tenant owners, and providing all required documentation equipment, such as handheld devices. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the contractor must maintain specified insurance coverages, including general liability, auto liability, workers' compensation, and professional errors and omissions liability.
