Friendship Public Charter School seeks proposals from qualified furniture manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and authorized representatives to supply classroom and school office furniture in Washington, DC. The requested scope includes student classroom, teacher, instructional, office, library, media center, collaborative, and storage furniture, along with delivery, installation, assembly, warranty support, replacement parts, and related services. FPCS evaluates proposals using a best-value process based on purchase price, the proposer's experience, reputation, expertise, financial stability, goods quality, service reliability, long-term costs, and overall fit.
