Pavement Condition Index Survey Services

The City of League City, Texas, requires pavement condition index survey services under Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 26-046. The requested scope includes roadway network inventory and segmentation within GIS, field collection of condition data and imagery, ASTM D6433 condition assessments, pavement deterioration modeling, treatment strategy development, multi-year funding analysis, a roadway management plan, and deployment of a pavement management system with associated GIS integration, training, and data transfer.
