Mentor and Advisor Application Service

The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) seeks experienced health center executives to serve as mentors and executive advisors for its Leadership Exchange programs. Mentors will guide assigned groups of participants through six-month cohort-based programs, while advisors will advise staff on technical learning content, review objectives, and participate in planning meetings. Only onshore United States organizations and applicants with at least three years of experience in the specific health center role are eligible to apply. Applicants must also have the support of their current or most recent health center supervisor. Applicants must submit an online application through the NACHC submission portal by October 14, 2026. NACHC will evaluate applicants based on eligibility, mentorship approach, executive success, health center performance metrics, reference checks, and background searches. Selected candidates will receive a professional services fee and travel reimbursement.
