Blood Pressure Control Project Service- Budget - Up to 10,000 - 25,000 USD

The National Association of Community Health Centers seeks vendors to provide technical expertise supporting improved blood pressure control in community health centers. Selected contractors will perform offsite work across three potential areas: qualitative assessment and technical writing on best practices, graphic design for project materials, and digital health technology assessment to evaluate management tools and develop a formulary. Eligible applicants are limited to onshore, USA-based organizations, and interested vendors may apply to one or more focus areas. Applicants must submit proposals through the NACHC Request for Proposals online submission portal by 12:00 pm ET on October 15, 2026. Submissions must include a 500-word capability statement, resumes or CVs for key staff, relevant work samples, and daily or hourly rates. NACHC will evaluate proposals out of 100 points based on capability (30 points), qualifications and experience (30 points), work samples (20 points), and rate reasonableness (20 points). NACHC anticipates making 2 to 4 awards ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 each for a performance period running from October 2026 through December 31, 2027.
