Janitorial Services

The Nebraska Department of Transportation requires janitorial services for District 2 Elkhorn Maintenance Office Building #20601, located in Elkhorn, NE. The scope of work includes core cleaning duties performed five times a week, as well as quarterly, semi-annual, and annual duties across approximately 1,296 cleanable square feet. Vendors must empty waste and recycling receptacles, flatten cardboard boxes, and spot clean doors, glass, tables, light switch plates, and surrounding wall surfaces. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit pricing using Attachment A, completing a monthly base cost for core duties, unit costs per occurrence for periodic duties, and an optional hourly rate per custodian that will not be evaluated. Applicants must submit all questions no later than October 21, 2026.
