Charter Bus Services

The School Board of the City of Richmond needs a vendor to provide charter bus services to safely transport school-related groups, such as students, teachers, and chaperones, for local, regional, and long-distance travel. The scope of work includes local trips of 50 round-trip miles or less, regional trips of 51 to 150 miles, and long-distance trips exceeding 150 miles. The contract term is one year, with work performed on-site in Richmond. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Vendors must submit all questions by October 30, 2026. The buyer seeks pricing proposals and requires contractors to enforce employee COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing protocols, adhere to non-discrimination laws, maintain a drug-free workplace, and submit a Certificate for Crime Against Children.
