Healthcare Transportation Services

The County seeks a vendor to provide reliable, cost-effective non-emergency healthcare transportation services in San Jose, CA. The required scope includes basic life support, advanced life support, bariatric, gurney, and wheelchair van transports to move patients between hospitals, clinics, behavioral health centers, custody health facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026. Proposers must submit a detailed rate proposal for two pricing options, including one option with a 15-minute advanced life support response time requirement for Saint Louise Regional Hospital Stroke/STEMI patients. Contract payments will be based on the achievement and approval of deliverables over a five-year contract period.
