Professional General Counseling Services

The Cumberland County Utilities Authority in Bridgeton, New Jersey is requesting qualifications for RFQ #2027-02 to secure professional general counseling services. The selected contractor must guide the authority in legal business execution, draft and approve legal documents, conduct board-approved appeals, manage legal issues, perform policy reviews, handle third-party representation, and supervise authorized special legal personnel. Evaluators will weigh experience, reputation, staff availability, and legal competence more heavily than price, giving preference to attorneys with relevant experience in authority business.
