Real Estate Valuation Support Services for The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQual-JH-1418) for professional real estate valuation and appraisal support services on an on-call basis. The selected consultant will perform real property appraisals, appraisal reviews for partial and full property acquisitions, rent and lease surveys, market feasibility studies, special purpose appraisals, and relocation business goodwill valuations. Services must comply with federal uniform appraisal standards where applicable, and work will be assigned via individual Task Orders. Eligibility is restricted to USA onshore organizations. Consultants must provide sub-consultants who maintain required Workers' Compensation and Automobile Liability insurance, and adherence to Metropolitan's Business Outreach Program is required. The contract term is capped at a maximum allowable amount of $225,000 per contract year, including expenses. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted by October 30, 2026. Proposals must include required attachments, including completed Fee Schedules, Respondent Contact Information, Compliance Forms, and Potential Conflict of Interest Forms.
