Cloud-Based Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, and Revenue Cycle Platform

Florida Atlantic University's Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing seeks a qualified supplier to provide a scalable, cloud-based platform for integrated Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, and Revenue Cycle Management to support clinical operations across all college clinic locations. The system must support clinical documentation, ePrescribing, scheduling, billing, insurance eligibility, analytics, a mobile app, secure patient portal, and Microsoft 365 connectivity. Performance will occur offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals digitally using FAU's electronic sourcing system by November 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, with questions due by November 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Submissions must include required insurance documentation, company details, a completed HECVAT form, and specific security compliance responses. The Evaluation Committee will evaluate responsive proposals on adherence to requirements, capabilities, service, price, and potential best and final offers after shortlisting or negotiations.
