Albuquerque Public Schools Coordinated Secure Notification System for Handle with Care Program

Albuquerque Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a coordinated secure notification system to support its Handle with Care Program. The selected vendor must provide the necessary technology, personnel, coordination, and offsite services to receive data from participating city first responders, identify qualifying events, match and verify affected students, and issue timely notifications to designated school personnel without disclosing traumatic details. The scope covers first responder coordination, confidentiality, data security, implementation, and ongoing support for a one-year contract term. Eligibility is limited to USA-based onshore organizations. All questions must be submitted in writing to Buyer Adrienne Sanchez by 5:00 PM local time on October 28, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally through the Bidnet Direct online portal by 3:00 PM local time on November 6, 2026. The evaluation committee will assess proposals and reserves the right to reject non-responsive offers, request written clarifications, and make single or multiple awards based on the best interest of the agency.
