Redevelopment Consultant Services for the Borough of North Arlington

The Borough of North Arlington is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms to provide redevelopment consultant and public relations services. The selected vendor will prepare an economic development inventory of vacant or underutilized properties, assist developers with county, state, and federal permit applications, and support borough administration with grant applications. Additional duties include conducting public outreach, coordinating with economic development agencies, and preparing marketing data to attract businesses to the municipality. Eligible applicants are USA-based firms with demonstrated capability to perform offsite redevelopment consulting services. Respondents must submit one original bound copy of their Qualification Statement to the Borough of North Arlington, or submit digitally via email or online, by December 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Submissions must include administrative information, principal details, and a signed Letter of Intent. A Review Team will evaluate proposals based on experience and reputation in the field, as well as availability to accommodate required Borough meetings. The budget is open to proposal submission.
