Northwest Community Schools Structured Cabling and Cabinet Upgrade Services RFP

The Jackson County Intermediate School District, on behalf of Northwest Community Schools, is requesting proposals for structured cabling and cabinet upgrade services. The selected vendor will upgrade internal connections between network wiring closets, procurement, mount, and migrate cabling and equipment to new network cabinets, and perform all necessary installation and testing. Eligible bidders are USA-based organizations (onshore) that hold an E-rate SPIN designation and have a current Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file. Vendors must provide all-inclusive pricing for parts, labor, and apparatus, maintaining fixed contract prices and providing proof of required insurance coverage. A pre-bid meeting takes place on October 27, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 6, 2026. Proposals must address USF and E-rate compliance requirements, as the district plans to apply for Category 2 E-rate funding for this project.
