ERP Solution and Implementation Partner Services for the City of Wetaskiwin

The City of Wetaskiwin requires a modern, cloud-based ERP solution and implementation partner to replace its Microsoft Dynamics GP and Diamond environment. The selected partner must provide offsite services including solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, organizational change management, training, deployment, go-live support, and hyper care. Functional scope covers cash and treasury management, financial planning, capital asset accounting, utility billing, customer account management, online payment capabilities, and integration with Dayforce for HRIS and payroll. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations. Proponents must submit a complete searchable Proposal PDF, an Excel Requirements Workbook, and an Excel Pricing Schedule digitally via email or online. All questions are due by November 9, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated across multiple stages, including mandatory requirements, rated criteria, price scoring up to 15 points, and solution demonstrations scored out of 20 points for a maximum total of 100 points.
