Citizens for Modern Transit Education Campaign for Bus Rapid Transit

Citizens for Modern Transit seeks a firm to provide an education campaign service to build awareness and community support for Bus Rapid Transit projects in the Northside-Southside corridor in the City of St. Louis. The requested scope includes billboard, direct mail, transit ads, radio, a social media program, online video, and digital, video, and web graphics, with files delivered in PDF, PNG, and JPEG formats. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must submit two hard copies to Citizens for Modern Transit in St. Louis, MO, and email a copy to [email protected] by 4 p.m. on November 6, 2026. Submissions must detail assigned team members, their backgrounds, recently completed or active projects, and a budget breakdown for each task. CMT will evaluate proposals based on established selection criteria, price, and overall project advantage for a contract term of 4 months.
