MassDOT Deployment of Temporary Traffic Control at Various Locations in District 4

MassDOT requires temporary traffic control deployment services at various locations within District 4. Bidders must be USA organizations pre-qualified by the Department in the HIGHWAY-CONSTRUCTION category prior to proposal opening and must possess a valid MassDOT vendor code. Bidders must also request approval by emailing a completed Request Proposal Form (R109) to MassDOT's Director of Prequalification. Electronic proposals must be submitted through www.bidx.com by Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., with digital IDs requested at least 14 days prior to the opening. Bids require a Proposal Guaranty of 5% of the total bid value, and required attachments such as the Bid Bond must be uploaded to the site. The estimated project value is $1,714,000.00.
