Master Lease Agreement for the lease of laptop computers

The South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR) requests proposals from qualified financial companies to execute a three-year Master Lease Agreement for laptop computers. The initial lease covers approximately 350 laptops for Dakota State University at an estimated $732,000 and 500 laptops for the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology at an estimated $1,191,000, totaling roughly $1,923,000 in equipment. Additional institutions under SDBOR reserve the right to participate later. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Offerors must submit written or email inquiries to Raleigh Tiahrt by November 2, 2026. Final proposals must be emailed to [email protected] in Word and PDF formats by November 13, 2026. Proposals must include the signed RFP cover form, an Executive Summary, lease rate factors, interest rates, semiannual payment amounts, standard lease forms, and three public university references. Evaluators will assess proposals using subjective judgment based on criteria including the effective interest rate.
