Scope of work
- Assist the PED Department in developing reports and supporting graphics for boards and commissions.
- Assist in interpreting and applying standards contained within the City Codes and Ordinances.
- Conduct research and analysis on current trends in planning and land development standards.
- Prepare Zoning Ordinance and Code of Ordinance text amendments as requested.
- Assist with the review of the City Master Land Use Plan.
- Provide specialized planning and landscape planning services including corridor studies and subarea plans.
- Meet with prospective applicants to present Code requirements and discuss project viability.
- Review and comment on site plans and technical compliance within Bluebeam review software.
