Janitorial Services for Tuscaloosa County Department of Human Resources Facilities

The Alabama Department of Human Resources requires a vendor to provide onsite janitorial services for its facility in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. The scope includes daily, weekly, twice-weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning, trash removal, surface sanitization, and floor maintenance. Daily duties must occur weeknights between 3:00 P.M. and 12:00 Midnight. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on November 4, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
