Organize, Plan, Promote, and Manage Living History Event Service for City Waterfront

The City of Tavares is seeking a vendor to organize, plan, promote, and manage a living history event service on the outdoor downtown waterfront. The selected vendor must handle event planning, historical programming, vendor coordination, marketing, budget, and sponsorship plans. Required support services include providing barricades, electrical service, potable water, restrooms, and police and fire services for an event featuring reenactments, period encampments, educational demonstrations, and live performances. The contract term is for one year, and work must be performed onsite in the USA. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA entities with experience and qualifications in the solicitation area. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026. Bidders must submit their proposals online through the designated Bonfire e-procurement site. The proposed price must be a firm-fixed price valid for 90 days, and the city is currently looking for proposal pricing.
