Miami-Dade County Invitation to Bid for Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan Service

Miami-Dade County is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB0000028) for the Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan. The awarded vendor must provide Honeywell avionics protection plan services, including inspections, maintenance, mechanical components, parts, repairs, and services as needed for four AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters. The contract term is for one year, and work will be performed both onshore offsite and onsite. Pricing must remain fixed and firm until any formal, pre-approved annual Honeywell price adjustment. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US-based vendors. Bidders must submit all required bid documents and pricing schedules electronically through the INFORMS secure mailbox; hardcopy, email, or fax submissions are not accepted. Material questions must be submitted prior to the INFORMS Question & Answer End Date. The Strategic Procurement Department will evaluate submittals to ensure compliance with FAA and other applicable government standards, and the County will serve as the sole judge of bidder responsiveness and performance capability.
