Furnish and Deliver Supplemental Medical and Surgical Supplies and Pharmaceuticals Catalog Discount

The Essex County Department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs requires a vendor to furnish and deliver supplemental medical/surgical supplies and pharmaceuticals via catalog discount for Turtle Back Zoo. Eligible USA-based onshore organizations must be registered with the New Jersey Division of Taxation at or before the time of bid submittal, and nonprofits must provide proof of 501(c) status or equivalent. Bidders must deliver products offsite to specified locations for a one-year contract term. All questions must be submitted in writing via fax or email by 4:30 PM, eight business days prior to the submission deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted physically by November 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, containing one signed original and two copies with the required bid details clearly marked on the outer envelope. Double-sided bid packets will be rejected, and late submissions will be returned unopened.
