Utility Infrastructure Design Engineering for Tower Crossing Project in York, Nebraska

The City of York seeks qualified onshore USA organizations to provide utility infrastructure design engineering for the Tower Crossing project. The selected firm will design street infrastructure and utilities (water, sanitary, stormwater, and electrical) for a 60-foot right-of-way road extension connecting East Service Road to Holen Avenue, and design street infrastructure and stormwater utilities to extend Kaliff Drive to Naomi Road. Submitting firms must provide three project references from similar projects, qualifications of potential project personnel, and the signed RFQ cover sheet. Applicants must mail or deliver three paper copies in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk in York, NE by November 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central. All questions must be emailed to James Paul by November 9, 2026.
