Campus Consulting Landscape Architecture Services — (FPCP) department request written responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of Campus Consulting

California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo seeks proposals from qualified landscape architects to provide campus landscape planning and design consulting services. The selected vendor will assist the Facilities Planning & Capital Projects department with initial site design, conceptual landscape design, site inventory and analysis, design review, and potential construction documents or administration for small to medium scale projects. The scope includes developing conceptual imagery, coordinating firm communications, and complying with the university's approved plant list. Work will be performed onsite for a one-year contract term. Eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations. Proposers must submit all questions electronically through the portal by November 13, 2026. Final proposals are due by 3:00 PM PST on December 1, 2026, formatted in concise A3 style consisting of three 11x16.5 pages plus an appendix.
