State of the Sacramento Cultural Nonprofit Field Impact Report Services

The City of Sacramento is seeking research and creative consulting firms to deliver the State of the Sacramento Cultural Nonprofit Field Impact Report. The selected vendor must execute a mixed-methods research study, manage primary data collection and fieldwork, conduct data analysis, and handle copywriting, creative direction, editorial storytelling, and report design offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Proposers must electronically submit a transmittal letter, work plan and schedule, project team credentials, three references, an itemized fee schedule, and required standard forms, including Attachments 1, 2, 3, and 6. Questions are due by November 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST, and proposals must be submitted by November 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST. Written proposals are evaluated on qualifications and experience (30 points), project approach (30 points), work plan and schedule (20 points), cost (20 points), and local business enterprise preference (5 points), with additional points possible if interviews are conducted.
