Technical Production and Equipment Services for Canada Pride 2027 Festival

The Halifax Pride Society requires a vendor to provide comprehensive technical production services for the Canada Pride 2027 festival in Halifax/Kjipuktuk. The selected vendor will handle technical production planning, equipment provision, installation, operation, staffing, and dismantling across primary sites and selected off-site events. Responsibilities also include managing schedules and supporting artist advance processes for large-scale drag productions, live music performances, and smaller educational or cultural programming. Eligibility is open worldwide, but vendors must be fully insured and licensed to operate in Nova Scotia, provide proof of Workers' Compensation coverage if required, and agree to the festival's Safer Spaces Policy. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format via email or online no later than 5:00pm Atlantic Time on November 23, 2026. Submissions must contain a company profile, project plan, detailed deliverables, itemized fixed pricing valid for 90 days, and resources required from the host. Evaluation criteria award weight to price and value for money (30%) and experience and technical merit (20%).
