Chicago Housing Authority RFP for Offsite Mobile Services and Device Management

The Chicago Housing Authority seeks a vendor to deliver a secure, scalable, and cost-effective mobile communications solution supporting its employees and business operations offsite in Illinois. The requested scope includes cellular voice and data services, enterprise mobility and mobile device management support, Microsoft Intune integration, device lifecycle management, device procurement, account management, and unlimited or pooled voice, text, and data plans. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit all questions by November 9, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting on November 5, 2026. Bidders must execute and submit Attachment B, the Letter of Intent to Submit a Proposal, through the CHA Supplier Portal no later than 1:00 PM CT on November 16, 2026.
