Moving Services

The Local Government Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting sealed proposals from onshore US organizations to provide moving services, supplies, materials, and equipment. The buyer requires vendors to submit a discount off of a catalog or price list to serve Texas school districts, junior colleges, cities, counties, and other political subdivisions. Work will be performed on-site in Austin, Texas. Vendors must submit proposals based on catalog discount percentages, which must remain firm during the contract term. Vendor pricing must stay firm for the first year, after which price increase requests require supporting documentation. The contract period will run for one year.
