Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority TPA Conflict Claims Services

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) seeks a third-party administrator to provide comprehensive claims administration services for its Workers' Compensation Program (Conflict Claims). The selected vendor will perform offsite work encompassing day-to-day program administration, claims processing, recordkeeping, customer service, financial administration, data security, and vendor coordination. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and insurance requirements must be met using carriers rated no less than A- VII by A.M. Best. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or online, including a Volume III Cost Proposal with a Firm Fixed Unit Rate offer on Exhibit 2A and a matching cost breakdown on Form 60. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted by November 6, 2026. The contract period will run for three years.
