Telehealth and Onsite School-Based Mental Health Services for TK-12 Students

The Palmdale School District seeks a USA-based vendor to implement, supervise, and manage comprehensive onsite and telehealth mental health services for TK–12 students and their families in Palmdale, CA. The selected vendor must provide full-spectrum, evidence-based care including baseline clinical evaluations, short-term individual counseling, structured group therapy, family support, psychoeducation, and acute crisis stabilization on campus and via secure virtual platforms. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The vendor assumes full management accountability for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, supervising, and managing clinical staff across the 40-week management period.
