Manager Feedback and Development Program Services for the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators

The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) seeks a vendor to provide manager feedback and development program services. The selected contractor will collect anonymous written feedback from employees regarding their direct supervisors, analyze the feedback into organization-wide themes, train managers and Executive Leadership on those themes, and assist each manager in establishing a development goal. Work must be performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Proposals must be submitted via email in Adobe PDF format as two separate files covering Corporate and Technical Experience (Volume I) and Price Proposal (Volume II). All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on corporate background, past performance, technical solution, overall price, and finalist presentations or interviews.
