Denver Public Schools Managed Detect and Respond Software and Services

Denver Public Schools is seeking proposals for Managed Detect and Respond (MDR) software and services to provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response for cybersecurity events on agency endpoints. The requested solution must include Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) agent software for Windows, MacOS, and Linux devices, a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center, behavioral analysis, continuous monitoring, and external logging to the agency's SIEM. The SaaS or cloud-native solution must store data within the continental United States and maintain a centralized database of endpoint telemetry for at least 90 days. Eligibility is limited to US onshore organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally as a single combined file through BidNet by November 18, 2026, at 10:00 am MT, and email or facsimile submissions will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted via BidNet by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 am MT. The contract term is for one year, with final award negotiations scheduled for December 2026 or January 2027.
