Denver Public Schools BD2735 E-Rate Network Switches Upgrades and Replacements

Denver Public Schools is seeking proposals for BD2735 to provide E-Rate network switch upgrades and replacement services. The selected vendor must supply approximately 1,800 network switches, SmartNet and warranty support, and associated licensing across the agency. Required equipment includes Catalyst 9300L series hardware, power supplies, cables, stacking kits, and licenses that meet specific mGig capacity, PoE budget, and Cisco software compatibility criteria. Eligible vendors must be US-based organizations operating as qualified E-Rate service providers with a valid SPIN and an active FCC Form 473. Questions must be submitted via BidNet by 10:00 AM MT on November 11, 2026. Proposals are due through BidNet by 10:00 AM MT on December 1, 2026, and must include a single combined file along with a separate redacted copy. The contract period runs for one year, with project implementation beginning April 1, 2027.
