Structured Cabling and Fiber Optic Services

Douglas County Government requests qualifications from onshore US local data and fiber contractors to provide structured cabling and fiber optic services on an as-needed basis for various agency projects. Key staff assigned to the contract must be based within 75 miles of Castle Rock, Colorado. The contract term is for one year. Proposals are due electronically via the same system by 3:00 PM on December 3, 2026. Submissions must consist of a single un-password-protected PDF including the signed certification page, compliance statements, company background, staff resumes, partnership narrative, cost control approach, safety records, pricing estimates, three references, potential conflict disclosures, and insurance proof.
