Denver Public Schools Primary Data Center Internet and DDoS Mitigation Services

Denver Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide internet and volumetric DDoS mitigation services. The required scope includes providing internet services with 99.999% annual uptime availability, BGP routing, 15-minute SLA DDoS mitigation, 24x7x365 NOC support, and online administrative monitoring tools. The selected vendor must also manage and complete all physical construction, fiber installation, trenching, permitting, and civil infrastructure needed to deliver the services. Eligibility is limited to US organizations. Questions must be submitted through BidNet by 10:00 AM MT on November 11, 2026. Final proposals must be combined into a single file and submitted digitally via BidNet by December 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. Email, fax, and in-person submittals will not be accepted. The evaluation process includes a pass/fail compliance review, followed by scoring of written responses and optional presentations, with award based on the best evaluative score. The contract term is for one year, with fixed pricing and an option for the district to renew.
