Financial Audit Services for Dutchess County Soil and Water Conservation District

The Dutchess County Soil and Water Conservation District seeks proposals from qualified CPA firms to perform a complete annual financial audit of records for January through December 2026. The selected firm will work offsite with District staff, prepare a findings report by May 1, 2027, and deliver audited results to the Executive Director. Qualified onshore USA vendors with accounting experience must submit proposals for a one-year contract starting around January 1, 2027, with options for two additional one-year extensions. Submissions require one original and one electronic PDF copy containing a signed transmittal letter, firm background, cost proposal, completed Proposal Form CS-1, and Non-Collusion Affidavit CS-2. Proposals must include hourly rates, lump sum, and hourly rate with a not-to-exceed amount. The District will evaluate proposals based on firm experience, audit plan, personnel, references, and cost.
