State University of New York Retirement Plan Consultant Services

The State University of New York (SUNY) requires a vendor to provide retirement plan consultant services to serve as a fully integrated extension of the agency-wide benefits team. The contractor will act as the primary program manager, providing fiduciary investment advice, governance support, vendor and recordkeeper management, custom product and dashboard development, and participant engagement across a complex multi-vendor environment. Onshore (USA only) bidders are eligible to submit proposals for a one-year contract term. Questions regarding the RFP are due by November 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, with answers expected around November 13, 2026. Applicants must submit signed and notarized proposals via email to Bella Clark on November 27, 2026, within a strict four-hour window between 11:00 AM EST and 3:00 PM EST. The Cost Proposal Worksheet must be attached as a separate document from the main proposal.
