Unified Communications Phone System Hardware and Licensing Solution for City of Stratford

The Corporation of the City of Stratford's Corporate Services Department, IT Division, is issuing Request for Tender RFT-2026-18 for a unified communications phone system hardware and licensing solution. Scope is strictly limited to the supply and delivery of factory-new, genuine Cisco items and specified licences, explicitly excluding installation, configuration, staging, programming, or support services. Only Canadian organizations (onshore) are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must submit unit pricing in Canadian dollars excluding HST via an itemized pricing schedule. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated Bidding System by 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
