County of Riverside Request for Proposal for Wayfinding Application Services

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals for Request for Proposal # MCARC-371 to procure wayfinding application services. The required scope includes the design and implementation of a comprehensive digital indoor wayfinding system to support indoor mapping, positioning, routing, search, mobile and web-based navigation, administrative map content management, required positioning hardware, and integration capabilities. The vendor's solution must support routing through appropriate entrances, exits, and vertical transportation, accommodate accessible routes, manage route restrictions, and integrate with the RUHS EHR (Epic) system. Work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the closing deadline is December 9, 2026, on or before 1:30 P.M. Pacific Time. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria including responses to Attachment A, bidder experience and provided services, and overall cost to the County. A product demonstration will be required. Insurance coverage from an admitted California carrier with an AM Best rating of at least A:VIII is required upon award.
