Emergency Restoration, Remediation and Reinstatement Services Roster

The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) requires emergency restoration, remediation, and reinstatement services in Ontario. The scope includes emergency water extraction, moisture mapping, thermal imaging, structural drying, air scrubbing equipment placement, surface sanitization, bio-wash procedures, and controlled demolition and disposal of non-salvageable materials. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Respondents must submit all questions by November 9, 2026, and submit electronic proposals via the Electronic Bidding System by November 18, 2026, at 2:00:00 p.m. local time. Proposals must achieve a minimum technical threshold of 49 out of 70 points across the technical evaluation sections to proceed to the pricing evaluation, which is worth 30 points. Submissions equal to or exceeding $200,000.00 require a digital 10% Bid Deposit Bond and Agreement to Bond, alongside 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds.
