Ohio Department of Natural Resources 2026 Annual Newsletter Printing and Mailing Services

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Natural Areas & Preserves, requires printing and mailing services for 19,000 copies of its 2026 Natural Ohio Newsletter. The contractor must produce a 16-page self-cover booklet printed in four-color process on 70# gloss text, conduct an on-site press check, imprint addresses, and mail the newsletters no later than January 20, 2027. Excess newsletters must be shrink-wrapped in bunches of 100 and delivered to Columbus, OH. Only USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals digitally through Ohio Buys and provide unit pricing for all items, as failure to bid every item will result in disqualification. The state will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with evaluation preferences applied for qualifying Buy Ohio and veteran-friendly business offerors.
