SCADA Modernization and PLC Platform Replacement Project Solution

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a SCADA modernization and PLC platform replacement project solution. The scope includes replacing Wonderware SCADA Software with the Inductive Automation Ignition Software platform with historian, developing system architecture and cybersecurity, replacing existing SLC 5 PLCs with current-generation supported platforms, and providing system programming, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, and 12 months of post-acceptance support services. The project also includes additive alternate items for a redundant SCADA server and an Ignition edge PC on the PLC-1 control panel. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible, and a California Licensed Contractor with a C-10 license must complete the work. Performance of the work will be offsite. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 3, 2026.
