Snohomish County Invitation to Bid for Two-Factor Authentication Security Keys and Accessories

Snohomish County is soliciting bids to obtain two-factor authentication security keys, including Yubico YubiKeys, hardware, and accessories. Bidders must be authorized distributors, dealers, or manufacturers of the products offered, possess prior experience, and hold all required permits and licenses. Work is offsite with FOB destination delivery required within thirty days of order placement to Everett, WA. All questions must be submitted in writing by November 3, 2026, no later than 11:00 a.m. Pacific Local Time. Bids are due by November 10, 2026, no later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time, and must be submitted as a signed original in a sealed envelope to the Snohomish County Purchasing Division; electronic submittals are not acceptable. The award will go to the lowest responsible bidder based on a three-year initial contract term, and bidders must include references with their bid.
