Cloud-Based Strategic Planning Software Platform and SaaS Implementation Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a cloud-based software platform and implementation services for strategic planning. The software must support Software as a Service (SaaS), enable the management of multiple strategic initiatives across departments through workflows, and integrate advanced planning activities including plans, projects, and performance data. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors may attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 5, 2026, and must submit all questions no later than November 9, 2026. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online for a two-year contract term.
