Dynamic Signs Maintenance and Repairs Services

The buyer requires dynamic signs maintenance and repairs services performed onsite. The requested scope includes visual inspections of sign structures and hardware, inspection of electrical connections, functional testing of LED displays and related components, cleaning display faces, adjusting components, updating software and firmware, confirming ventilation operation, identifying component degradation, and ensuring safety features comply with applicable codes. Onshore US-based vendors are eligible to bid. All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal pricing. The resulting contract period will be for one year.
