City of Albuquerque Request for Bids for Field-Use Drug Test Kits

The City of Albuquerque Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Albuquerque Police Department Crime Lab Division, is soliciting bids to establish a one-year price agreement for single-use, commercially available drug test kits for field use. The required kits must presumptively identify suspected controlled substances through a self-contained chemical or colorimetric process, minimize direct contact with substances, include Safety Data Sheets, and be delivered to the APD Property Unit. Bidders must be authorized to sell all requested items, based in the USA, and submit their responses digitally via Bonfire or email. Bids containing cost-plus provisions will be deemed nonresponsive. Questions must be submitted electronically through Bonfire by November 3, 2026, which is at least ten business days prior to the bid closing date on November 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm MT.
