Online Management Support Software for Chemical Safety Data Sheets

The buyer is seeking online management support software for chemical safety data sheets (SDS) to support facilities. The required scope includes providing an SDS online database with large search engine functionality, offline and offsite access, administrative edit-access, electronic binders, site-specific workbooks, secondary container information sticker printing, barcode/QR code scanning, and ability to upload photos and SDSs. Work performance will be offsite, and eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Quotations must be submitted electronically via email in two parts: a non-price section covering Technical and Past Performance factors, and a price section with a completed Section B price schedule. Questions must also be submitted in writing via email. The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed-price commercial item purchase order to the responsible quoter whose offer is most advantageous based on technical, past performance, and price evaluation factors.
