Graphic Design Support Services — Department of Transportation

The selected contractor will provide offsite graphic design capabilities, including Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, digital and web asset design, data visualization, presentation design, and modern design workflows utilizing UI/UX prototyping tools and AI-assisted creative tools. This opportunity is set aside for SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) organized in the USA. Offerors must submit a pricing proposal detailing fully loaded hourly billing rates for Graphic Designer Level II positions across base and option years. Proposals are evaluated based on four factors: Demonstrated Technical Capability, Management Approach, Past Performance and Corporate Experience, and Aggregate Grand Total Price.
