Commercial Real Estate Valuation Professionals Services

The Kaycee Buffalo Johnson County Economic Development Joint Powers Board seeks formal qualification packages and proposals from licensed commercial real estate valuation professionals. The selected professional will determine the fair market value of the Board's commercial facility located at 18 Plains Drive in Buffalo, Wyoming. Eligible applicants must hold an active Wyoming Certified General Appraiser License and be an onshore USA organization. Evaluators will assess responding professionals on their licensing credentials, past regional commercial performance, and familiarity with non-disclosure market dynamics in northern Wyoming. Applicants must submit sealed proposals by 4:00 PM on November 20, 2026, to the Board office at 63 North Burritt Avenue, Buffalo, WY, 82834. Deliveries may be made in person, by U.S. mail, or via parcel service, as electronic submissions are not accepted. The Board will open and read submitted proposals publicly on November 23, 2026.
